Thank you for visiting me.
I know preparing yourself to find a therapist that you feel comfortable with and can trust is not easy.

It takes a lot of courage. If you’ve gotten to this point of being ready to speak with someone new, you’re doing a great job.

My main goals in our work together will be to always have hope that everything is healable and to always treat you and your journey with the upmost respect and compassion.

I'm a bilingual/bicultural Spanish speaking therapist with an extensive history working with diverse, multicultural populations in a social justice framework. I value knowing your spiritual and cultural beliefs and honoring them to support your healing process.
I believe we are all here to heal something and there are many avenues to healing. I use a variety of approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration, and talk therapy.

I am also now certified to offer integration support in my therapy services for those of you who have felt a calling to work with plant medicines. Research shows the benefits of ways these medicines can help decrease symptoms of trauma and substance abuse in short courses of treatment. I can support you to identify goals, provide psychoeducation, and lastly integrate your experiences by offering a safe space to prepare and process the insights learned.

My goal is to help you honor your spirit and your heart.
Su Alma y Corazon.
