Service Description

]In this group, we will be meeting for eight weeks in a healing way to commiserate, grieve, meditate, connect, and most importantly, find tools to support your nervous systems with any stressors or traumas you may currently be experiencing. it is my hope that this will be a helpful alternative for those of you who don’t have the resources or time to commit to a longer term one on one therapeutic relationship.
